These paintings are a sensory response to the experience of spending time amongst the colours, scents, and shapes of beautiful gardens.  Painted during the spring and summer months, they are inspired by the overabundance of flowers and foliage. Some pieces are painted plein air, others are informed by a combination of sketches, photos and memories.
